• Established operations, recruiting and developing a high-performing team, that achieved first-year revenues of £2.2M, contributing to 10% of revenues of £21.9M and overall corporate growth of 109% with a group valuation of over £100M.

 

• Successfully equipped Hallmark’s $23M budget Animal Farm, and negotiated and won contracts with the BBC and RTE.

 

• Controlled a multi-million-pound broadcast and film equipment fleet, delivering high levels of service to B2B clients.

 

• Built trust and mutual understanding through successful negotiation with the Irish Trade Engineering & Electrical Union.
