Production Development & Investment

Film Development & Investment Opportunities

I’m actively looking to expand my involvement in Film Development and Investment, with a focus on bringing high-quality, professionally funded projects from concept through to Production and Release.

I’m frequently approached by producers, individuals, and production teams seeking investment. Like them, I also have a slate of projects in development—each with distinct creative and commercial potential.

If you are looking to invest in production-ready or development-stage projects, I may be able to offer a conduit to opportunities with strong market positioning, at varying stages of development.

To protect the underlying intellectual property at this stage, the following are abstract summaries of current project concepts. Budget estimates are based on industry comparables or professional assessment.

Closing Note

This slate comprises a carefully curated selection of development-stage projects with strong commercial potential across a range of genres and formats. While none are yet scripted or budgeted, all are positioned for further development and will require professional funding to move forward.

I remain open to collaboration, with a focus on projects that are commission-ready, under option, or seeking investment with the means to actively pursue development.

I welcome serious approaches from producers, financiers, commissioners, and studios with aligned goals. Proposals that are not yet fully budgeted are considered, provided there is funding in place to support professional development and the pursuit of finance.

Discussions can proceed under appropriate terms or NDA where required.
