I conduct thorough due diligence on every topic, applying my own knowledge and insight along with those of other stakeholders. I have participated in, or led, the process of preparing documentation for the acquisition of Venture Capital to circa £200M, and to IPO standard.

As a Subject Matter Expert, my considerable experience and knowledge of equipment, standards and procedure has come in demand on a number of occasions as a professional witness in litigation between parties in the Film & TV Industry, and in defence of manufacturers standards relating to health and safety on a number of occasions. I know how to win an argument and build consensus presenting operational, procedural and technical documents, and have done so on a number of occasions.
