- Developed the strategic vision for delivery of editorial and creative content development across multinational and multilingual teams, and oversaw production planning and scheduling, rights management, compliance and governance.
- Led Negotiations with vendors to build strategic stakeholder partnerships and a team of over 100 B2B contributors.
- Established high-level relationships in EU government bodies to address geo-political and regulatory market challenges.
